Stacey wins for trying to mail a puppy through regular mail from Georgia to Minnesota as a surprise for her son. Postal workers later hear noise from a package and rescue the dehydrated puppy.
Stacey gets bonus points because she wanted the puppy back and and 22 dollars for shipping. The authorities said no.
