Hey Yangblog! Who Should I Hate More? Jon or Kate?

Yangblog is constantly asked important questions. Some ask if the Western world has really reached a "tipping point" with the balance of power shifting to the East. Some ask if global cooling is a bigger threat to the planet than global warming. While these are very good questions, one question comes up again and again:

Who are Kate and Jon, why are they on my television, and why can't I decide who I hate more?

To help free up your minds for more important matters, Yangblog will come to the rescue. I will use a method called "thin slicing" which is making a judgment based on the slightest information. A couple of years ago I saw a clip of a couple discussing their relationship. The husband would mumble while the wife was discussing his shortcomings with the interviewer. My first reaction was, "This marriage lasts two years tops." Only later did I learn they were Jon and Kate.

Here's the scorecard:

1) Hate Jon more because he spells his name "Jon" instead of "John"

2) Hate Kate more because she is clearly a pain in the ass. Yangblog has a flawless "pain in the ass" radar. All husbands who are in a happy marriage have a "pain in the ass" radar. This is how you avoid marrying someone who is a pain in the ass.

3) If you are an Asian male, hate Jon. Let's be honest. It is embarrassing to share a gene pool with Jon. If you are Korean, really hate Jon. He is part Korean. Yangblog keeps asking himself, "Why, oh why, can't Jon be Chinese?". Welsh males should not celebrate. Jon is also part Welsh.

4) Hate Kate more because she constantly puts Jon down.

5) Hate Jon more because he only trashes Kate when she is not around. At least Kate will trash him face to face.

6) Hate Kate because she has bad taste in men. She is involved with her bodyguard for crying out loud.

7) Hate Jon because he has bad taste in women. His main criteria for women is "breathing" for crying out loud.

8) Hate Kate for airing her dirty laundry about Jon.

9) Hate Jon for dirty laundry-like behavior in public.

10) Hate both Kate and Jon for making you aware of Kate and Jon.

In conclusion, Yangblog recommends you hate Jon on even days and Kate on odd days.
